Peak Performance Training 
"Climbing Higher!"

Additional training opportunities are available to all MVC athletes. These sessions are designed to strengthen individual technical skills in our younger age groups and enhance position-specific development in our older age groups, while respecting each athlete's stage of growth. Training will typically be led by MVC head coaches with support from our coaching staff, and all sessions are included in club fees

VolleyTotz (Ages 4-6)

VolleyTotz introduces kids to movement and sport through fun, age-appropriate games and drills. Guided by award‑winning coach Meagan Nederveen, sessions build agility, balance, and coordination while sparking a love for volleyball. The 7-week program runs January-March in Hamilton and includes a T‑shirt with registration.

Summer Camp (Ages 8+)

MVP Volleyball's Summer Camp offers two one-week sessions in July, giving athletes the chance to train, compete, and grow in a supportive environment. Led by NCCP-certified coaches, university athletes, and graduates of the Mountain Volleyball Coaching Certification Program, campers build skills, confidence, and friendships while enjoying full days of volleyball.

WINTER HOUSE LEAGUE (Grades 3-8)

A seven-week program starting each January, Winter House League blends skill development with exciting game play. Athletes receive one hour of instruction followed by one hour of competition, guided by experienced NCCP-certified coaches and supported by the Mountain Volleyball Club Coaching Program. Sessions run Sundays at St. Mary's CSS in Hamilton, making it a fun and developmental way for young athletes to grow their volleyball skills.

MVP Volleyball's unique leadership pathway for young athletes who want to grow into community and club coaches. Modeled after the National Coaching Certification Program, it blends technical volleyball training, teaching and learning theory, and practical on‑court experience to prepare the next generation of coaches.
